If you don’t want a particular email address filtered for spam you can remove spam filtration on a per address basis. To do this open up your most recent quarantine report and scroll to the bottom of the message where you will find the line:

To View Your Entire Quarantine inbox or manage your preferences, click here

Click on the words "click here” to visit your online quarantine area. At the top you will see two tabs, "Quarantine Inbox" and "Preferences". Click on the preferences tab.

You will then see a sub-menu. Click on the words "Spam Settings".

You will now see a heading entitled "Spam Filter Enable/Disable".

Spam Settings

You will see "Yes" radio button, next to "Enable Spam Filtering:" selected by default. To disable the spam filtration for your address, click the "No" radio button and then click "Save Changes" - all email is still filtered by the virus filter.
