If you think that your Email Defense password has been compromised, you should update it in your Email Defense dashboard. If you do not remember your Email Defense password, you will need to submit a ticket to support to have it updated.
Updating your Email Defense password
If you know your existing Email Defense password, you can log into your Email Defense dashboard and update the password there. If you don't remember how to access your dashboard, check out this guide.
Once you are logged into your dashboard, you will see the main menu on the left hand side of your screen. If you scroll down to the bottom of this menu, you will see User's Profile under My Settings. Click here to continue.
You will now be able to enter update your password. Enter your existing password in the Old Password field and then enter your new password in both the New Password and Confirm Password fields. Click on Save to confirm the change.
