You can set your email account quotas in your cPanel. You are able to assign whatever quota you like to your email accounts, or set them to unlimited. However, you are still limited by your total account disk usage. For this reason, it is advised to set a quota, based on each accounts usage to ensure that one account does not use up all of your space.

Accessing your email accounts
In order to update your email address password, you will first need to log into your cPanel. If you do not know how to access your cPanel directly, you can find out here.
Scroll down until you find your Email section and click on Email Accounts.
You will now be looking at a list of all of your email accounts.
Updating your email quota
Now that you are looking at your email accounts, find the email that you wish to update and click on the Manage button to the right of it.
Towards the bottom of this page, you will see the email quota.
In the Storage section, you will see a gauge that shows your current usage of the email account. Below this gauge you will see the account Allocated Storage Space. Using the radio buttons, you can choose between Unlimited or you can manually set the limit. Choose the unit of measure and enter the amount in the box.
Once you have your quota set, click on Update Email Settings at the bottom of the page to save the new quota.
