An issue most users face is an over-abundance of usernames and passwords. It can become a task to try to remember them all or remember where you stored them all. That problem can be resolved by using a Password Management application. These applications act as a single location for storing and encrypting your usernames and passwords, and for helping you to remember where those credentials are used.

1Password
1Password can create strong, unique passwords for you, remember them, and restore them, all directly in your web browser.

Yojimbo
While not as integrated as 1Password, Yojimbo does more overall. Not only is it a notepad that will allow you to securely password protect notes, it can also act as a great place to keep track of serial numbers for software you've purchased, archive receipts from online purchases and much more.

Firefox
Firefox, one of our recommended Web Browsers, has a function that will remember your passwords if you instruct it to. When you enter your username or password into a website when using Firefox, you'll be asked if you want Firefox to remember the password. If you click the button to Remember password, each time you return to that login screen, Firefox will automatically populate the correct login info for you.
