Sparrow can be downloaded through the App Store.

An IMAP email account is an account that stores messages on the mail server. The advantage to checking emails with IMAP is that you have a central storage for all of your mail and your archives can be checked from any computer with an internet connection. Please note that Sparrow can only be setup to check via the IMAP protocol. If you would like to setup a POP account you should look into our POP setup instructions for Apple's Mail app here.
