Registering only a new domain name

For new customers: If you do not yet have a MacHighway account and want only to register a new domain name go to https://customers.machighway.com/cart.php order and click on Register Domain in the menu.

On the resulting page you can check domain name availability.

If, upon checking availability, you see Available! Order Now, click the check box next to the domain name  and click the Add to Cart button.


You will then be able to add on ID Protection (which blocks people from seeing your contact details in the whois database) and delegate the name servers for your domain name. (If you're just registering the domain name to be parked or hosted with MacHighway, you can leave the nameservers untouched). Click the continue button.

On the resulting screen, choose the button next to  "", click the continue button and complete the following screens to establish an account and register your domain name with MacHighway.

 

For existing customers: If you already have a MacHighway account and want only to register a new domain name go to https://customers.machighway.com/cart.php order and click on Register Domain in the menu.

On the resulting page you can check domain name availability.

If, upon checking availability, you see Available! Order Now, click the check box next to the domain name  and click the Add to Cart button.


You will then be able to add on ID Protection (which blocks people from seeing your contact details in the whois database) and delegate the name servers for your domain name. (If you're just registering the domain name to be parked or hosted with MacHighway, you can leave the nameservers untouched). Click the Update Cart button.


On the resulting screen you will see your order listed.  If everything looks correct click Checkout.

On the next page cyou will see "Your Details - Already Registered?".  Select - Click here to login. You will then be asked for the email address and password credentials you use to login to the Client Area.

If you are a MacHighway customer but do not have login credentials for the Client Area, make sure that you have an account on the control panel system. If you know for a fact that you don't have an account on the control panel system, use the instructions above for New Customers.

If you know for a fact that you are on the control panel system but you are unable to successfully login, you will see the following message on the screen notifying you of an unsuccessful login:

Click "Request a Password Reminder by clicking here" to retrieve your password.
