I can't login to my client area. (billing control panel)

There are 2 main control panels with MacHighway, each with their own unique login credentials. This article is for retrieving your Client Area login details, which allows you to manage your billing information.

 

If you have forgotten your username and password for the cPanel, which allows you to manage your hosting account, please click here.


1. In your web browser, visit https://customers.machighway.com/pwreset.php

 

2. In the Email Address: field, enter the main email address you have on file with MacHighway, followed by the Submit button.

 

Expert Tip:If you're unsure about what email address this is, do a search in your email inbox for support@machighway.com. If you find an invoice or mass email from us, just look at the address in the “To:” field. This will almost certainly be the main address we have on file for you.

3. A verification email will be sent to the main email address on file. Be sure to check your inbox and follow the instructions in the resulting email to change your Client Area password. If they message doesn't arrive in your inbox, be sure to also check your Spam or Junk folders.
