If you need help with any of your services, there are several methods of contacting support.
Start a Live Chat with our support team
You can start a Live Chat with our support team to get answers to your inquires quickly. While logged into your client area, you will see the Live Chat bubble in the bottom right-hand side of your screen. Is an agent is available, you can click on the bubble to start a live chat.
Live chat is available from 9:00am to 7:00pm eastern time, Monday to Friday.
Submit a support ticket
You can submit a ticket from your client area as well. On the home page of your client area, you will see the section labeled Recent Support Tickets. Here you can check out existing tickets or, by clicking on the button, create a new support ticket.
You can also create a new ticket by emailing our support team from the email address on file to firstname.lastname@example.org. You want to use the email that we have on file to ensure the email is not caught by our spam filters.
Once the ticket is created, it will create an email thread, so you can reply to tickets simply by replying to the email.
