Everyone needs a little help now and then. If you need help with any of your MacHighway services or domains, our support team is ready to help. You can contact the using one of the methods below.

MacHighway Knowledgebase

First, you can check out our MacHighway Knowledgebase. Searching the knowledgebase should point you to an article that will help you with your issue.

We are currently in the process of updating our knowledgebase to make it current with our current offerings of products and services. If you are not finding what you are looking for, please let us know so we can update our knowledgebase.

Live Chat Support

You can start a Live Chat with our support team to get answers to your inquires quickly. While logged into your client area, you will see the Live Chat bubble in the bottom right-hand side of your screen. Click on the bubble to start a live chat.

If an agent is not available, you can leave a message and we will respond as soon as possible.

Submit a Support Ticket

You can submit a ticket from your client area as well. On the home page of your client area, you will see the section labeled Recent Support Tickets.

Home Page

Here you can check out existing tickets or, by clicking on the button, create a new support ticket.

You can also create a new ticket by emailing our support team from the email address on file to support@machighway.com. You want to use the email that we have on file to ensure the email is not caught by our spam filters.

If you have a billing issue, please send your inquiry to billing@machighway.com.

Once the ticket is created, it will create an email thread, so you can reply to tickets simply by replying to the email.

Our support team are available for tickets 24/7/365.
