You will want to scan the list of quarantined messages to make sure that no valid messages have been accidentally quarantined. If they have, scroll down to the bottom of the email where you will find the line:

 

To View Your Entire Quarantine inbox or manage your preferences, click here

Click the link that says "click here" to visit your online quarantine area.

Once there, click the checkbox next to the valid message(s) that was incorrectly quarantined. Clicking the "Whitelist/Not Spam" button will not only release that message and whitelist the sender so they won’t be blocked in the future, but it also helps the spam firewall improve. This "Whitelist/Not Spam" option is not available in the list of quarantined messages that are emailed to you, which is why it's necessary to go to the web based version of your quarantine list. The system works better if you have more messages marked as “Not Spam” then “Spam”.
