It is very important that you keep your MacHighway client area contact information up to date. This is to ensure that you do not miss any important notifications or invoices that can cause disruptions to your services if not acted on. Keeping your payment information up to date will also ensure that your invoices will be processed automatically when due, so you do not need to worry that your websites will go down and your domains expire.
Accessing your MacHighway client area
If you need to update your MacHighway client area contact information, you will first need to log into your client area, found here. If you do not know how to access your client area, you can find out here.
Updating your contact information
Once you are logged into your client area, you have two ways to access your My Details page, where you can update your contact information.
- On the left-hand side of screen, you will see your current contact information, with an Update button below it. Click this to proceed.
- On the right-hand side of the screen, in the upper menu bar you will see "Hello, Customer", where Customer will be the current name on the account. Click on this and select Edit Account Details from the drop down menu.
Regardless of which method you choose, you will now be on the My Details page.
First, you can update any of the fields that are out of date, including your Name, Address and Email. Please note that if you update your email address, this will also update your client area username.
Near the bottom of the screen, you will be able to choose which notification emails you will receive on this account.
Finally, you can choose if you would like to be included in our newsletters.
Once you have all of your options selected, click on Save Changes to complete the update.
