Accessing your cPanel from your Client Area

The easiest method of accessing your cPanel is through your client area, as this method does not require your cPanel username or password. If you do not know how to access your client area, you can find out here.

Client Area Home Page

Once logged in, proceed to your web hosting management page. This can be done by clicking on Services in the upper menu bar and selecting My Products & Services from the drop down menu. You can also click on the Services block in the center of the home page.

My Products and Services

Once you are on your My Products & Services page, you will see a list of all of your services. Click on the bar of your cPanel web hosting service (click anywhere but on the domain name, this will take you to your website).

Actions

You will now be on the Managing page for your cPanel web hosting. On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see an Actions menu. Click on Login to cPanel will log you into your cPanel without needing to enter your cPanel username or password.

Accessing your cPanel directly

If you know your cPanel username and password, you may find it easier to log into your cPanel directly. You can find your cPanel username and password in your Welcome email, that you received when you purchased your service. If you no longer have your Welcome email, contact support and they can resend it to you.

There are several URLs that you can use to access the cPanel log in page.
