For various reasons, you may want to process an invoice manually before the due date, where it will process automatically. This can easily be done in your MacHighway client area. Here is how.
Log into your MacHighway client area
In order to view and process your invoices, you will first need to log into your MacHighway client area . If you do not know how to access your client area, you can find out here.
View and process your invoices
Now that you are logged into your MacHighway client area, you need to access your invoices. You can access this is on of several ways.
- Click on the Invoices block in the center of the page.
- Choose My Invoices from the Billing drop down menu.
- If you currently have an unpaid invoice, there will be a section showing these invoices lower on the page.
You will now see a list of all of your current and past invoices. Any active or unpaid invoices will be sorted to the top of the list. To pay any of the invoices, you only need to click on the invoice to review it.
You will now notice the Pay Now button on the upper-right corner of the invoice, as well as a drop down menu for the payment method. Choose your payment method and click Pay Now to process the invoice.
If you pay an invoice before the due date, your next due date will not be affected, so you will not lose time or money on your current subscription.
