If you think that your MacHighway client area password has been compromised, of if you wish to updating of other reasons, you can do this from your MacHighway client area. If you do not remember your password, you will need to use the password reset tool.


Updating your password

If you are logged into your MacHighway client area, you can update your password by clicking on your name in the upper right-hand side of the screen.

Account Settings

Select "Change Password" from the drop down menu.

You will now need to enter your existing password, and enter your new password twice. Your new password must contain at least:

  • 8 characters
  • one upper case
  • one lower case
  • one number
  • one symbol

In the first new password field, the system will tell you how strong your password is. The stronger, the better. Once you have all of the information entered, click on "Save Changes" to complete the update.

If you forget your MacHighway client area password, you can reset it using the "Forgot Password" tool on your MacHighway client area login page.

Between the username and password fields, you will see the "Forgot?" link. Click this to proceed.

You will now be asked to enter your email address. This is the main email address associated with your account. This is the mailbox that you receive notifications from MacHighway. Enter your email and "Submit". You should receive an email shortly with a link that you can use to reset your account password. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam filters, as this email may have been filtered out. If you did not receive the reset email, please contact support for further assistance.
