There are 2 main control panels with MacHighway, each with their own unique login credentials. This article is for retrieving your Client Area login details, which allows you to manage your billing information.
If you have forgotten your username and password for the cPanel, which allows you to manage your hosting account, please click here.
If you forgot your MacHighway client area password, you can reset the password from the client area login page.
On the login page, you will see the Forgot Password? button to the right of the Login button. Click here to proceed.
Enter your MacHighway client area username in the field. Your client area username is the email address on file. After entering your username, and clicking the Reset button, you will receive an email to reset your client area password.
I didn't receive a reset email.
If you do not receive the reset email, it is possible that it was filtered by your mail server or mail client. Check your spam/junk folders for the email.
It is also possible that you have the wrong email address. This will be the email where you receive your invoices and notifications.
