These plans offer cPanel based emails without the web hosting or DNS services at a reduced rate then a full hosting plan.

Email Only Hosting
Our cPanel base Email Only services offer the standard Email & Spam functionalities of any cPanel account, but do not include any non-email features/functionalies, such as web hosting, DNS or other services. This product line is ideal for anyone who purchased the Web Builder but also wants email, or anyone who uses a 3rd party website solution, but still needs email.

How to purchase an Email Only plan
In order to purchase an Email Only plan, you will first need to log into your MacHighway client area. If you do not know how to do that, you can find a guide here.
Once you are logged in, click on Order New Services in the Shortcuts menu on the lower left-hand side of the screen. Or, you can click on Services in the upper menu bar and select Order New Services from the drop down menu.
Now, at the Products page, choose Email Only from the category list and click on the Order Now button for the plan of your choice.
You will now need to enter the domain name you wish to use for this service. You have three options here.
- If you would like to register a new domain name, you can enter your preferred domain in the top section and click the Search button. If the domain is available, you will be able to proceed. If not, you will need to select a different domain.
- If you have a domain that is currently registered somewhere else, but wish to transfer the domain to us, you can enter it in the second section. This will create an order for the domain transfer as well as the Email Only service. You will need the domain EPP code in order to start the transfer process. You must ensure that your domain is also unlocked and available for transfer.
- If you already have a domain registered but do not wish to transfer it to us, or if it is already with us, you will use the third section.
Enter you domain in the correct field for your situation and click on the button to proceed.
On the order summery page, you can review your order. Once you are satisfied with the order, click on the Checkout button to the right to proceed with the order. Choose your payment method, check the boxes once you read the Terms of Service, and click on the Complete Order button.
Once your payment is processed, you can return to your client area to start setting up your new plan right away. However, you will need to update your domain DNS records and allow the records to propagate before your service will function. See below for the required DNS records.
Updating your DNS records
Before you can start receiving mail to your new Email Only Hosting service, you will need to update your domain's DNS mail records. You will need to update these records with whoever is hosting your domain name servers.

The DNS records required are as follows (replace [domain.com] with your domain name).
Accessing your Email Only service
One you have your new Email Only service set up, you can access it from your MacHighway client area. If you do not know how to access your client area, you can find out here.
Once you are logged into your client area, you can access your My Services page by either clicking on the Services block in the center of the screen, or by selecting My Services from the Services drop down menu at the top of the screen.
Once your My Services page loads, you will see a list of all of your services. Click on the Active button, to the right of the Email Only service.
Once loaded, you will see the Actions menu on the left-hand side. In that menu, you will see Login to cPanel. Click this to log into your cPanel account.

Accessing your Webmail
You can access your emails using Webmail by entering webmail.[your domain] in the address bar of your browser.
You will now see the webmail login page. Enter your email address and password to log in.
Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the welcome page. You can find more information on using Webmail here.
